More Death Penalty/Constitution Rant

Alito was asked, "Would it violate the person's Consitutional Rights if that person was innocent and was executed for a crime he didn't commit?"

Alito responded, in effect, that the burden of proof (guilty until proven innocent) of the person's innocence rested on that person! Alito didn't say yes or no.
